We delivered a comprehensive skill development program across 24 manufacturing facilities of a multinational beverage company in India. Our training, attended by participants from manufacturing, quality assurance, and EHS, aimed to enhance the operation and performance of Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP). 

Our Services

We developed six focused modules: Primary Treatment, Biological Treatment, Sludge Management, Tertiary Treatment, Monitoring and Reporting, and Troubleshooting. Employees who successfully passed the exam were awarded a “License to Operate.” Through this program, we helped participants improve their ability to monitor effluent generation, optimize energy use, understand legal requirements for effluent discharge, and promote water conservation.

Our training empowered participants to:

• Understand the significance of each process and equipment in the ETP.
• Learn ETP design principles and performance indicators.
• Benchmark and troubleshoot ETP operations.
• Manage ETP during peak, lean, and abnormal conditions.
• Handle effective sludge management and mitigate environmental impact.
• Develop monitoring and reporting systems for optimal performance.
• Maintain critical ETP equipment and ensure consistent operation.
