The Swiss municipality of Birsfelden is the owner of the “Hardstrasse” development site in the town center. The underused site offers great potential for densification. The development plan envisions the construction of four buildings, each with different typologies, uses and target groups. We supported the municipality and the assessment committee in searching for and evaluating suitable local developers to acquire the building rights and for the structural implementation of the target project.
