The Swiss canton of Appenzell Ausserrhoden seeks to revise its cantonal development plan to better ensure compliance with current requirements. We helped the canton to draft a revision concept for the sections of the development plan in need of adaptation. The concept defines the future direction of the structure plan, specifies the content boundaries and shows how it will be managed in the future.
