The Zurich water supply company is planning to renovate the Moos lake water treatment plant, which was put into operation in Wollishofen in 1914. We developed a suitable strategy to ensure that the project is communicated transparently, proactively and at the appropriate level. The strategy defines the objectives, target groups, measures and timing of the communications with a particular emphasis on a target group-oriented approach. Practical information sheets facilitated the implementation.
