While the Niesenbahn Railway is an integral part of the regional economy, key figures based on the railway’s service schedule and passenger numbers only tell part of the story. We were commissioned to more comprehensively determine the value of the Niesenbahn Railway. Together with the client, we chose a three-stage approach comprised of a value creation study, plus guest and employee surveys. The study helps the Niesenbahn strategically communicate its benefits to stakeholders including guests, the business community and politicians.
