The Swiss municipality of Glarus Nord seeks to develop the approximately 18,500 m² property east of the Mollis Airport to attract aviation-related businesses. In various workshops with municipal officials, we developed the spatial parameters for the airport’s Business Zone A. We then provided an overview of the land trade, development and ownership strategy.
