Our client seeks to utilize the development potential for an industrial area in Dietlikon ZH. He commissioned us to formulate a development vision for the site. The vision defines how the site will be used in the future and shows how the area can be transformed and densified. In addition, the vision presents how access to the site can be improved. We worked with renowned experts in the areas of real estate, architecture and urban design to formulate the development vision. We also collaborated closely with the municipality to translate the vision into its zoning plan and building code.
