AXA Investment Managers Schweiz AG – Real Assets (AXA IM) pursues an ambitious sustainability strategy for the properties it manages. Certifications play an important role in ensuring adequate sustainability performance at the property level. Working in our capacity as a project manager and DGNB auditor, we have been certifying AXA IM sub-portfolios according to DGNB’s Standard for Buildings in Use since 2022.
