More than 3,400 Helsana employees commute to work daily and also travel for business. However, a mobility concept to promote more satisfied employees with flexible, health-promoting and sustainable offers was lacking. We analyzed the situation at the main locations and involved employees to develop a concept for commuting and business mobility. Our work has provided Helsana with a basis for the targeted implementation of mobility-related measures.
