The Swiss canton of Zug is committed to providing its population with the best possible protection against natural hazards. We supported the canton in developing its natural hazards strategy. In collaboration with cantonal stakeholders, we first defined the target state and compared it to the current situation. Then we analyzed the responsibilities within the integrated risk management process. Through workshops, we identified key areas for action to enable the targeted allocation of resources.
