A new commercial building is being constructed on Flüelastrasse in Zurich, which will also house the client's new headquarters on the upper floors. The design therefore envisages a load-bearing structure made of recycled concrete and flexible floor plans with as few wall structures as possible and a high load capacity. We carried out the inner-city excavation pit and the underpinning of neighboring buildings in a confined space.
