The new website for the BIM@SBB program uses a target group-oriented and visual language
The Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) seek to make the website of their BIM program more user-friendly and to better align its content with the needs of its target groups. We supported SBB with the conceptual work as well as in creating text and graphics for the implementation. We conducted interviews with users to ensure that the new web contents are tailored to the BIM@SBB target groups. Cross-departmental cooperation additionally ensured the necessary knowledge transfer between BIM experts and communications specialists.
