We drafted and implemented a plan for the installation of photovoltaic systems totaling 144 kWp for four apartment buildings at the former Zellweger industrial site on Weiherweg in Uster. Our work ranged from the completion of a needs analysis to planning and tendering to implementation support. The value added for the developers and residents includes a customer-friendly power supply model, use of a sustainable and cost-efficient energy source, as well as the resulting increased attractiveness of the properties.
