The Telli B and C residential complex in the Swiss city of Aarau, with a total of 581 apartments, was extensively renovated between 2019 and 2022 to make it more energy efficient. Our services in the project included the needs assessment, planning, tendering and construction management for all building technology disciplines. This included a 124 kWp photovoltaic system spread across seven roof segments. This system now provides a sustainable and cost-effective source of energy for all underground parking garages and various common areas.
