A flagship project for sustainable residential construction to the SNBS platinum standard is planned for the former ZENA Swiss AG production site in Affoltern. We helped the property owner elaborate a plan to facilitate the development of a vibrant, people-centered neighborhood with studio apartments and spaces for small businesses. Together with the partial revision of the Zena site zoning regulations (special building regulations), we created the legal planning basis for the realization of the project.

• Drawing up the regulations, the situation plan and the explanatory report in accordance with Art. 47 of the Swiss Spatial Planning Ordinance (RPV)
• Coordinating the guideline project, open space concept, the mobility and transport infrastructure, the noise study and the urban development contract
