The extensive industrial sites formerly operated by Novartis and BASF in Basel are to be transformed into a mixed-use city district. As an independent contractor, we are supporting and organizing the processes involved in the site development and mediating between the partners.

• Coordinating the planning team, the monitoring committee and the cantonal authorities in the development of the urban development concept
• Coordinating the negotiating delegation when drawing up the urban development contract
• Coordinating and moderating all levels and staff units in the project organization, including communication, participation and interim uses
