A multifaceted urban renewal project has been launched in the center of Rotkreuz. The station is being transformed into a mobility hub, while a new cantonal school as well as residential and commercial space are also being added. Synergies are being leveraged by the developers and those collaborating on the center development including the municipality of Risch, SBB AG and the canton of Zug. We supported the process from the urban planning study procedure and securing planning permission to the concept and competition phase.
