We designed the project for a residential development in Wangen-Brüttisellen together with Husistein & Partner Architekten and fsp Architekten. Throughout the planning process, we used BIM and coordinated the project with a 3D model. The developer not only received a 3D-basis for invitations to tender, but also benefit from great cost certainty. The construction process was paperless. With a load-bearing structure made entirely of recycled concrete as well as other sustainable features, the building was certified according to the demanding SNBS sustainability standard.
