A development with seven buildings and a ten-story high-rise is being built on a former industrial site near Menziken railroad station. The “Zukunftspforte” project is one of the first in Switzerland to use the highly cooperative and integrative method known as integrated project delivery (IPD). We are providing comprehensive civil and structural engineering services and have worked from the beginning with the planning team and the construction contractors according to IPD.
