Tenant satisfaction is essential for property management companies to enable them to know where improvements can be made. The property management company Hangenmoos AG commissioned us in 2024 to conduct a tenant survey at two of its properties in Wädenswil. With a high response rate of 80 percent and a total of 70 completed questionnaires, the administration received valuable insights and important information for optimized management.
