The Swiss canton of Basel-Stadt will be the venue for two major international events in 2025: The Eurovision Song Contest will take place in May and five matches of the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 in July, including the opening and final matches, will be held in the city. To help it prepare for the events, we advised the canton on sustainability reporting and sustainability management. Our work will help ensure that the long-term environmental, social and economic impact of the major events remain positive.
