The redesign of the railway station site in Uetikon am See emerged as a follow-up project from the “Chance Uetikon” master plan. The project site extends across property owned by Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) and the municipalities of Uetikon and Männedorf. We assisted the three property owners with defining their objectives, drafted multi-stage planning agreements, organized test planning and oversaw the preliminary study, concluding with a public-outreach event.
