We worked with the Swiss municipality of Urdorf to develop a comprehensive real estate strategy that supports the needs-based, future-oriented development of the municipality's real estate portfolio. As a part of our assignment, we developed strategic options for action and derived measures for ten individual properties. We also involved the public with an online survey and outreach event. The resulting strategy gives the municipality a basis for deciding how to invest in its real estate portfolio.
