The service life of a public building spans around 100 years. It is therefore essential that it meets the needs of the people who use and operate it both today and tomorrow. We are committed to ensuring that they have a say in the design and construction of the building. We are advising and representing the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons in a project for a new university center. Our goal is to create buildings that are as functional as possible, can be operated sustainably in the long term and which allow for flexible use.

• Providing user advocacy on behalf of the University of Applied Sciences of the Grisons (UASG) community from the start of the message project until it is put into operation 
• Refining and updating the utilization and operational concepts
• Coordinating all stakeholders on behalf of UASG and other consulting experts for the education worlds of the future
• Accompanying the change with participatory workshops on the education worlds (room use and allocation)
• Advising on the impact on organizations, as well as employee and service processes
