Following the general elections in March 2022, the Swiss municipality of Bubikon conducted a strategy process involving the municipal council and the administrative cadre to elaborate a long-term development strategy. We supported the municipality’s efforts with creative work formats to enable the parties to formulate their goals and work out an action plan for the period 2023-2026. In a workshop about “collaboration culture”, we also worked together with the administrative cadre to develop a cultural compass for the municipality.
