Leadership from subnational actors is needed to achieve international climate targets. EBP supported the implementation of the LUCA project, which strengthens international initiatives and advises on relevant subnational climate policy, finance and urban infrastructure topics. EBP, together with the Frankfurt School, developed think pieces, conducted research, and supported project workshops in moderator and advisory roles on topics of climate finance and subnational engagement.
