ETH Zurich’s building operations unit has assumed responsibility for maintaining two office buildings owned by the ETH Zurich Foundation. To facilitate the transfer of the maintenance work, we drafted an inventory for the two buildings in accordance with the e-BKP-H standard, identified the main maintenance tasks, and drafted a guideline for the maintenance work.
