A proposal for a forest management strategy was developed for the real estate project of the company NaturalezActiva. 

To create the forest strategy, EBP Chile began by describing the forest resources present on the property, including an analysis of species with conservation issues.
Based on this diagnosis, a Target Vision for the real estate project was proposed, and actions for a forest strategy were established, which included a preparation and design phase, as well as an execution phase that suggested applicable technical/regulatory instruments.
