EBP calcula asignaciones para las empresas de la industria suiza en el contexto del Sistema Suizo de Comercio de Emisiones (CH-EHS).

EBP calculates allocations for companies in the Swiss industry within the context of the Swiss Emissions Trading System (CH-EHS). Switzerland has advocated for an emissions trading system for the largest industrial companies in the revised CO2 Act (CH-EHS). EBP calculates the ETS allocations for some of these companies based on the methodological principles of the Federal Office for the Environment and the European Union.

The activity includes defining system boundaries and applicable benchmarks, collecting data for calculating the allocation and historical emissions, verifying, as well as calculating the benchmarks and the corresponding allocation. The results and the methods used are documented in a methodological report.
