EBP and ZRD are excited to announce the common entrepreneurial future. ZRD is acquired by EBP Global and joining the EBP family. Together with our existing team at EBP China, ZRD will form a strengthened country office of EBP in Shanghai.

ZRD was founded in 2021 in China by Julia Zhu based on her twenty years of experience in environmental protection and sustainability, and with the belief that sustainable development of industries could be secured by innovative, viable and sustainable solutions.

Julia Zhu, Managing Director of ZRD will assume the role of CEO of EBP China and representing EBP China in the Global Management Board of EBP. Rao Fu, the previous Managing Director of EBP China, will continue her support as board member of EBP China and in addition lead the Corporate Sustainability practice at EBP Switzerland.

Moving forward, we will continue developing and diversifying the team in China while maintaining dedication to our key clients with customized and long-term support. The new EBP China will seamlessly integrate EBP's global expertise and interdisciplinary proficiency with the local economic, cultural, and regulatory landscape.
