We enabled several electronics factories to reuse plastic trays and cardboard boxes by collecting them from downstream factories, cleaning and repackaging them at a third-party facility, and returning them to upstream suppliers. This process, involving both domestic and cross-border logistics from Vietnam to China, required deep expertise in warehousing, customs, and quality control. The result significantly reduced waste and costs, enhancing the customer’s sustainability and operational efficiency.
