The structural and spatial development and planning of cities and municipalities must always be adapted to dynamic and changing framework conditions. New tasks, such as coping with the energy and mobility transition, require the continuous further development of plans and strategies as well as the activation of all forces in urban society.

Depending on the local context, we support urban development with housing concepts, housing potential studies or brownfield cadastres.
