The conversion area “Panzerkaserne Forst Zinna” is a former military site and was one of the largest garrison towns in Germany. The area covers approximately 105 hectares and belongs to the municipality of Jüterbog. Due to its location on the B101 and the Anhalter Bahn railway line, the site offers significant potential for future commercial, industrial, and possibly also research and special-purpose uses.

EBP is conducting a feasibility study on behalf of the city of Jüterbog to examine possible development scenarios for the Forst Zinna site. The feasibility study aims to identify the development potential, objectives, and implementation requirements necessary to develop Forst Zinna into a future-proof and competitive commercial location. This economic and structural development is in the interests of the city of Jüterbog, the owner, the neighboring municipalities, the district of Teltow-Fläming, and the state government. The feasibility study will provide the city of Jüterbog with a sound basis for decision-making on the future development of the site.
