Following the feasibility study for commercial space development in Wittenberge, EBP was awarded the contract for project management services for commercial space development on the A 14 in Wittenberge. This site was proposed by EBP as the preferred option in the feasibility study.

In recent years, the city of Wittenberge has experienced dynamic growth in terms of business relocations and commercial land sales. The completion of the A 14 motorway with the Wittenberge junction will further strengthen the city's trimodal location advantages. Due to the high utilization of existing commercial areas and the economic prospects offered by a direct motorway connection, the city of Wittenberge is preparing the development of further high-quality commercial building sites.
EBP supports the city of Wittenberge in process management, coordination, and organization of external specialist planners, municipal stakeholders, owners, and investors with the aim of securing building rights in the short term and creating the necessary framework conditions for the development of commercial building sites.
