The successful implementation of the urban development project “Living and Working” will further enhance the appeal of Kleinmachnow as a high-quality commercial and residential location.

The “Living and Working” development area covers approximately 113 hectares on the southwestern outskirts of Berlin. Commercial and service businesses and residential development are planned for this area, which will be realized using various investor models. The overall project is scheduled to take approximately 25 years. The municipality's goal is to create a commercial park with plenty of green space and a wide range of future-oriented jobs in close proximity to high-quality residential areas. Planungs- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (P&E) is responsible for the successful implementation of the development goals as the agent of the municipality of Kleinmachnow (p-und-e.kleinmachnow.de).

EBP has been commissioned by P&E to provide project and financial controlling as well as subsidy management for the development project. This includes the annual preparation of cost and financing plans, the business plan and the management report in accordance with the applicable legal and administrative regulations, credit management and the initiation of loan agreements, subsidy management and the assessment of the feasibility of planned measures, as well as the final settlement of the development project in accordance with subsidy law.
