For the Indiana Finance Authority, EDR Group (now EBP) performed an analysis of economic and business impacts associated with the construction and completion of two new bridges on the Ohio River in the Louisville area.

The analysis included:
a quantitative regional analysis of the earnings, output and employment implications of building the bridges,
assessment of the regional societal benefits of the bridges for the greater Louisville Region,
descriptive analysis of potential effects on the Indiana business environment in the immediate vicinity of the bridges and
a fiscal analysis of revenues associated with new land and building development stimulated or attracted by bridge completion. The proposed Ohio River Bridges project also calls for inclusion of tolls on two highways.
