Together with Ramboll, we are excited to announce the acquisition of Ramboll Brasil by EBP Brasil and the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a strategic collaboration in the South American market. We are convinced that we are stronger together and are looking forward to learning from each other on the road ahead.
Based on our global strategy «EBP2030», we are continuously expanding our consulting and engineering services in local and global markets. The acquisition of Ramboll’s Brasil operations strengthens our leading market position in
- contaminated site management,
- corporate sustainability consulting,
- environmental impact assessment,
- remediation,
- monitoring,
- licensing,
- and renewable energies in Brasil.
As part of this transaction, we have agreed with Ramboll to collaborate more closely in the South American market to serve global clients with operations in the region. This partnership ensures continuity of service and quality for Ramboll’s clients, supported by EBP with the former Ramboll team out of Brasil, as well as out of the EBP office in Chile. Both companies remain fully independent at the global level and collaborate on projects on a case-by-case basis.
Ramboll Brasil will operate from August 2nd onwards as part of EBP Brasil. Gustavo Dorota C. de Mello, Chief Operating Officer of Ramboll Brasil, will become a member of the Executive Board of EBP Brasil. Team members of Ramboll Brasil will join existing business units of EBP Brasil and continue to perform their high-quality work, together with their new colleagues.
to a sustainable future.
